Dylans Winter Formal

OK, now I know this is from months ago, and I am WAY behind. But, look how great my son looks with his now Ex girlfriend. Prom pictures to be posted soon. I promise not to wait 4 months... :-)

Mothers Day

Mothers day was wonderful. Although my Mom was too sick to see her that day. (still owe you one mom) We met Troy and Steph, Dad and Amy and Amy's side of the family for a wonderful brunch at the Club House at South Coast Plaza. We took the kids down to the carousel for a few turns. The kids tried their best to be on their best behavior. Dylan brought me a wonderful yummy box set of soaps and lotions. He is so sweet. May all of you have teenages as sweet and thoughtful as mine.

A day at the beach

Try as we could, there was no getting Dylan out of bed to join us for a day at the beach. Haley loved to play in the sand, wasn't too sure about the water. Logan loved the water but had to be held the whole time. All and all a wonderful day. Really Logan's first trip to the beach since he's been walking, so he did really well, except when dad went out in the "big waves". He wasn't too sure about that.
Maybe next time we can drag Dylan.

cowboy day at preschool

The kids preschool had a cowboy dress up day to coincide with their "denim and diamonds" fundraiser. Both my little ones got into it. Logan surprisingly kept his cowboy boots on all day. Although it looks like he got in a fight with the water fountain and it won AGAIN. However, Haley's hat did not fair so well. I guess we have to head back to Topac for another one. Tim and Lisa??????????

Easter 2008

What a great Easter. The kids and I had so much fun dying eggs this year. Logan really got into it. Although there never seem to be enough eggs. And most of our eggs were very light, since there was no patience displayed in letting them "sit" in the color. Then the Easter bunny came and oh what fun.
Off to Grandma and Papas for more fun, good food and good company. Our very good friends and second family the Dillons joined us and we had a very nice relaxing day. ANOTHER Easter egg hunt of course, and don't forget the pool. They just wanted to put their feet in.....
